Chaweng beach

Chaweng beach is the largest and most developed beach in Koh Samui. It is likely one of the best beaches on Koh Samui, as well as being one of the busiest. It caters to both backpackers and high end tourists.

Chaweng is perfect for those interested in a sometimes wild nightlife scene, hustle and bustle, and shopping. Of course, there is always the beach itself to enjoy, with soft white sand and beautiful clear water. The south end of Chaweng is quieter than central Chaweng, while being only a twenty minute walk away.
